Nowhere else compares to India, the last great land where millennia-old colors and culture still flourish – where else can you find over a billion people who still only wear colorful traditional attire?
Easy Tours values genuine expertise and the guest satisfaction it delivers—not volume. Since 2004, we've built lasting success by deepening our mastery of a select few destinations, while others try to sell the whole planet. Your India journey is designed and guided by true regional specialists who know this country's hidden rhythms and living traditions.
Our handpicked guides bring the insight to explain what you're seeing—why women from this region wrap their saris this particular way while those from another wear theirs differently, what those offerings at the roadside shrine signify, where the spice vendor sources his cardamom and how it's used in local cooking. They connect you with artisans in their workshops, navigate markets with insider knowledge, and decode the daily customs unfolding around you.
Your private guide and driver bring decades of combined experience, transforming ordinary moments into cultural understanding. That's why over 70% of our guests today are referred or returning travelers – they've experienced the difference that authentic expertise makes. India is a year-round destination, but the best time to visit India depends on which region you’re exploring and the type of experiences you seek. The official inbound tourism season is from October through Mid-April, but the weather gets colder as you go North, maybe for the snow leopards? It gradually warms as it heads south crossing North India, and transforms to a subtropical paradise when you reach the southernmost states.
North India
The best time to visit North India for heat conscious travelers is from October through March, when days are warm and evenings are mild to cold. December and January can bring chilly nights in the 30s and 40s °F, especially in Rajasthan and the northern plains. In some years, thick winter fog affects travel and sightseeing in key cities like Delhi, Agra, and Varanasi from mid-December through January.
April to June is very hot—but it’s also peak wildlife season, when animals gather near drying water sources. July and August bring monsoon rains that cool the landscape and limit dust. July and August is the main monsoon season, and September offers slightly cooler weather, lush scenery, smaller crowds, and very attractive lodging pricing.
South India & the Coasts
The subtropical south doesn’t have a true winter and stays fairly warm year-round. Kerala, Goa, and the UNESCO listed Western Ghats are vibrant all year, and incredibly lush with exotic fauna after the monsoons. Mumbai, Kolkata, and the Tamil (east) coast turn lush from late summer through fall.
Monsoons often pummel the southwest coastal regions, including the magical states of Kerala and Goa, as well as Mumbai and other Southwestern regions from June through August.

Best Beaches in India
India’s best beaches offer more than sun and sand—they combine tropical beauty with regional culture, coastal cuisine, and a surprising range of luxury lodging. Whether you’re looking to unwind after a busy itinerary or design a full coastal getaway, these are the destinations we recommend.
Goa
Goa is India’s most famous beach destination—for good reason. Its southern coastline features world-class beaches with luxury resorts, historic Portuguese towns, vibrant coastal culture, and excellent cuisine. Travel to Goa is easy, with frequent daily flights from all major Indian cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, and Kochi.
Kerala Coast (Marari & Kovalam)
The beaches of Kerala are quieter and more local in character. Marari Beach, near Alleppey, offers a peaceful palm-lined stretch ideal after time in the backwaters. Kovalam, further south near Trivandrum, is known for its crescent-shaped shorelines, boutique resorts, and relaxed pace. Both are easily accessed by road from key Kerala destinations and have convenient nearby airports.
The Maldives (offshore extension)
For travelers seeking overwater villas and turquoise lagoons, the Maldives is a natural add-on to a luxury India journey. Direct flights are available from Kochi, Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru. Most guests continue to a private island resort via speedboat or seaplane arranged by the property.
The Andaman Islands
For a more remote and nature-focused beach experience, the Andaman Islands offer unspoiled coastlines, coral reefs, and small-scale luxury. Havelock and Neil Islands feature boutique eco-resorts and excellent snorkeling. Access is via flights to Port Blair from Chennai or Kolkata, followed by a ferry or domestic flight to the outer islands.
